About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the library of sales materials, including pitch deck templates, product one-sheets, and case studies.
  • Build and refine custom PowerPoint decks to assist sellers in outreach and presentations.
  • Oversee the Go-To-Market checklist in partnership with product leads to ensure readiness before sales roll-out.
  • Execute tactical communications, including internal updates and department-wide meetings.
  • Support sales reporting and performance analysis to identify training needs based on rep engagement.
  • Explore and implement innovative ways to leverage AI to automate and enhance sales assets and processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in advertising sales support, marketing coordination, or project administration.
  • Proven experience working within an advertising or media sales environment.
  • Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of digital advertising cycles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills for internal stakeholder management.
