About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, govern, and evolve the Sales Enablement operating model to equip sales teams with necessary capabilities, frameworks, and infrastructure.
  • Translate commercial and sales leadership objectives into structured enablement roadmaps, capability frameworks, and scalable programs.
  • Establish governance standards across sales capability development, training approaches, sales methodologies, and content lifecycle management.
  • Leverage enablement usage insights and analytics (e.g., Power BI and Salesforce) to assess sales capability and tool adoption.
  • Own Product Knowledge Enablement governance, ensuring product and market knowledge is structured, validated, and embedded into enablement pathways.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Sales, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 8 years of total professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Development.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a leadership or people management capacity.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (specifically Salesforce) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools used for commercial decision-making, such as predictive models or pricing tools.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping and lean/agile methodologies.
