Sales Enablement Facilitator Account Executive-Senior

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for sales teams
• Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales hires to accelerate productivity and ramp-up time
• Conduct workshops on consultative selling, negotiation, customer engagement, and pipeline management
• Develop high-impact learning content, including facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and sales playbooks
• Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and HR to identify capability gaps and align training with business goals
• Drive the adoption of sales methodologies, tools, and CRM processes
• Conduct sales observations and coaching sessions to institutionalize a high-performance coaching culture
• Track and analyze training effectiveness using business metrics and learner feedback

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or Learning & Development
• Proven expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
• Strong knowledge of consultative selling and sales methodologies
• Experience working within regional or global sales organizations
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital learning tools
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in coaching, facilitation, or instructional design
