Sales Enablement Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM systems to ensure data accuracy, pipeline transparency, and consistent reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams on quote generation, proposal preparation, and order processing
• Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
• Prepare comprehensive dashboards and reports to analyze sales performance and key metrics
• Serve as a primary contact for key accounts to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
• Support Account Managers with renewal tracking and upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with the Finance team on invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Develop and maintain sales data, templates, and tools to standardize practices
• Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or account management
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Sheets and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in an organized manner
