We built an AI-powered platform that converts complex financial filings, transcripts, and KPIs into clean, hyperlinked, customizable data.

Responsibilities

  • Own GTM onboarding, role upskilling, competitive intelligence, and internal process training
  • Partner with Product Marketing Managers on product enablement and collateral
  • Identify go-to-market/operational gaps and ensure global program implementations
  • Create and own continuous training programs to improve team productivity
  • Lead annual Kickoffs, quarterly Business Reviews, and weekly All Hands
  • Create sales leadership training programs to drive global consistency
  • Establish sales effectiveness with a paired certification program
  • Analyze operational data and audit customer interactions to improve the business
  • Measure field behavior and evaluate the impact of enablement programs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in high growth startups, consulting, or similar
  • 3+ years of program management or operations experience building process and tracking outcomes
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in Excel, Mode, Tableau, or other analytics platforms
  • Experience presenting and teaching groups of various sizes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree preferred
