Sales Enablement Content Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the sales content ecosystem by governing structure, quality, and lifecycle of all sales content
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, including discovery flows, messaging, and competitive positioning
• Translate product and marketing deliverables into seller-ready assets such as decks, talk tracks, and collateral
• Partner with field leadership to develop battlecards, competitive teardowns, and scenario-based tools
• Analyze content usage and play adoption to measure impact on deal progression and productivity
• Ensure messaging consistency across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or GTM strategy roles
• Proven experience building sales content, playbooks, and messaging frameworks
• Experience working with content management platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic)
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and provide actionable content recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in complex B2B environments supporting Enterprise and Strategic sellers
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger, MEDDICC, or Value Selling
• Strong collaboration skills with Product, PMM, and Sales Ops teams
