Sales Enablement Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain sales and enablement content across Product, Industry, Commercial Process, and Sales Skills pillars
• Create and maintain standardized content templates aligned to the Commercial Academy operating model
• Partner with Enablement Program Owners to support program delivery with fit-for-purpose content
• Own content governance, including taxonomy, version control, lifecycle management, and quality standards
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders to support localization workflows while protecting global standards
• Support launch content for GTM initiatives, priority growth motions, and strategic programs
• Analyze content usage and engagement data to inform continuous improvement
• Ensure content is optimized for delivery via Enablement Platforms, LMS, and SharePoint hubs

Requirements

• 3–8+ years of experience in sales enablement, content development, training design, or commercial communications
• Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and seller workflows
• Experience building scalable, modular content for global audiences
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a matrixed, multi-regional environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enablement platforms or LMS tools
• Proficiency with SharePoint
