About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day administration and long-term governance of Seismic
  • Design and execute onboarding programs for AEs, ADRs, and AMs
  • Lead ongoing training sessions to translate complex product updates into sellable insights
  • Partner with GTM leadership to build an enablement roadmap focused on win rates and quota attainment

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Hands-on, admin-level experience with Seismic
  • Proven track record of building or revamping onboarding programs
  • Ability to translate technical product features into value-based sales messaging
  • Experience working effectively in a remote environment
