About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day administration and long-term governance of Seismic
- Design and execute onboarding programs for AEs, ADRs, and AMs
- Lead ongoing training sessions to translate complex product updates into sellable insights
- Partner with GTM leadership to build an enablement roadmap focused on win rates and quota attainment
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Hands-on, admin-level experience with Seismic
- Proven track record of building or revamping onboarding programs
- Ability to translate technical product features into value-based sales messaging
- Experience working effectively in a remote environment
