About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring data integrity and designing critical performance dashboards.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for the sales force regarding digital tools and CRM usage.
  • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Finance departments to centralize and update technical and commercial information.
  • Manage sales training plans to ensure the team possesses the necessary market competencies.
  • Perform comprehensive client portfolio analysis to identify growth, profitability, and retention opportunities.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights to support commercial campaigns and market tactics.
  • Monitor KPIs and propose action plans to address deviations from sales objectives.
  • Implement AI-based solutions to automate repetitive commercial processes and improve client communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the financial sector.
  • Proven experience in CRM administration and reporting, preferably with Salesforce.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, and basic automation).
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing AI solutions for process automation.
  • Strong data storytelling skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
