Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-store training and implement training materials in the region
• Upskill beauty advisors in sales and artistry techniques
• Lead large scale trainings including classroom and convention styles
• Drive in-store sales and deliver exceptional customer service
• Build business plans for the region to ensure commercial targets are achieved
• Manage gondola hygiene standards and ensure VM guidelines are followed
• Build strong relationships with floor managers, store directors, and regional directors
• Create educational video content for retailer eLearning platforms
• Report weekly achievements and upcoming action plans

Requirements

• Native French and professional English proficiency
• Minimum 5 years experience in beauty and retail sales
• Experience in multi-site training (in-store, classroom, and large scale conventions)
• Experience with Sephora preferred
• Confident public speaker capable of addressing groups of up to 150 people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel up to 80% and work in-store 4 days a week
