Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and revenue growth across the Midwest market, focusing primarily on the UNWIRE CTV platform.
• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy aligned with company revenue objectives.
• Leverage existing relationships with agency holding companies, independent agencies, and direct brands to generate new opportunities.
• Position and sell CTV, video, and omnichannel advertising solutions to senior marketing and media decision-makers.
• Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution development, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Collaborate with internal product, operations, and account management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience within AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, Digital Media, or Connected TV.
• Proven experience selling CTV solutions and a deep understanding of the streaming and video advertising ecosystem.
• Strong existing network of agency and brand relationships across the Midwest market.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience working with leading AdTech, CTV, DSP, or SSP companies.
• Strong hunter mentality with a history of opening doors and creating opportunities.
