About the Company
Veloq is the software platform powering the next generation of grocery fulfilment. Built on Rohlik Group’s proprietary technology, Veloq is a standalone technology company helping grocers transform warehouse operations and scale same-day e-grocery profitably through modular warehouse automation, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile logistics.
Responsibilities
- Own the EU revenue target and pipeline, focusing on closing major enterprise customers
- Deepen and expand existing target accounts while opening new enterprise opportunities across Europe
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline with clear deal discipline and realistic forecasting
- Refine the sales playbook, including ICP, buyer personas, messaging, and qualification
- Lead consultative sales of complex warehouse automation and software solutions
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers in grocery, retail, and 3PL sectors
- Work closely with the CEO on pricing, commercial terms, and major negotiations
- Partner with Product, Partnerships, Operations, Legal, and Finance for smooth deal handovers
- Represent Veloq at industry events to build brand presence
- Lead and develop the commercial team as the company scales
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or supply chain/logistics technology sales
- 5+ years in senior commercial or hunter roles
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas at €1M+ ARR level
- Experience selling into retail, grocery, or logistics operations at C-level/VP level
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation and e-grocery economics
- Proven people management and coaching experience
- Consultative technical sales background for complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in long sales cycles (6–18 months)
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing relationships with senior buyers at top European grocers or 3PLs
- Salesforce or similar CRM discipline
- Exposure to pre-sales, solution design, or estimating teams
- Experience building a sales playbook from scratch
