About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales of Business Central and LS Retail solutions in Dubai
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the BC and LS Retail ecosystem
  • Develop and manage a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline
  • Convert pipeline into accurate forecasts and won deals
  • Execute the local sales strategy and deliver against growth targets
  • Act as a member of the local management team in Dubai

Requirements

  • Around 10 years of experience within Dynamics 365 Business Central sales
  • Proven track record in sales leadership (Sales Director, Sales Manager, or Key Account Manager)
  • Experience with LS Retail solutions
  • Strong skills in complex deal management, proposals, and negotiations
  • Good understanding of ERP implementations from analysis to go-live
  • Fluent business English
