Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Teads' commercial growth strategy in South Korea and act as the primary business driver to establish and scale market presence
  • Orchestrate strategic alignment with local managing directors, regional leadership, and cross-functional teams to translate global objectives into localized success
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle with top-tier brands, major local agencies, and global holding agencies in Seoul
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team while fostering a culture of accountability and customer focus
  • Deliver on ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets and accelerate market share with 30%+ year-over-year growth in programmatic and media sales
  • Architect and execute a high-impact commercial roadmap, identifying market trends and competitive gaps to capture new revenue streams
  • Spearhead positioning of Teads' premium programmatic ad-tech solutions and drive adoption of AI-driven optimization and cookieless technologies
  • Own and optimize the South Korean sales pipeline in Salesforce, negotiating high-value commercial agreements and joint business partnerships
  • Oversee campaign delivery metrics and operational performance, ensuring strict SLA compliance and maximized client ROI
  • Cultivate trusted advisory relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across the South Korean digital media ecosystem
  • Partner with regional and global product teams to influence roadmap based on localized market requirements
  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to design compelling, data-driven pitches for key clients

Requirements

  • 10+ years of high-impact digital advertising, ad-tech, or media sales experience with a solid track record of exceeding revenue targets in a Sales Director or Senior Sales Lead role
  • Active, deeply established personal network of C-suite executives and decision-makers across major holding agencies and top brands in Seoul
  • Deep functional understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, DSP/SSP mechanics, audience targeting, and online video/display advertising
  • Bilingual fluency in written and verbal Korean and professional English
  • Right to work in South Korea/Seoul without requiring future visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience navigating massive organizational change, post-merger integration, or scaling a global ad-tech firm within the South Korean market
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and elevate commercial sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Relevant professional certifications in digital marketing, programmatic trading platforms, or advanced data analytics tools
