About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end sales strategy, pipeline development, and revenue growth activities for target markets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in enterprise SaaS, data, and AI-driven technology services.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and negotiation through to deal closure.
- Lead and manage the Lahore-based Sales and Business Development function and team.
- Collaborate closely with US-based sales leaders to support onshore opportunities and refine deal strategies.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, forecasts, and market insights.
- Structure and negotiate complex enterprise contracts, including SOWs and MSAs.
Requirements
- 10–13+ years of B2B sales or business development experience within the software development services or technology outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing net new business in international markets.
- Experience managing offshore sales teams and working within an onshore-offshore delivery model.
- Strong ability to engage with CXOs, VPs, and technical decision-makers.
- Proficiency in negotiating enterprise-level agreements (SOWs, MSAs).
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Cloud, Data, and AI platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a high-growth environment.
