About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage company sales by developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls
- Achieve planned sales goals and set individual targets with the sales team
- Develop and implement sales plans while tracking goals and reporting results
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
- Deliver ongoing training, coaching, motivation, and product knowledge education to the team
- Promote the organization and products
- Analyze sales activities and set performance measures to support decision making
- Prepare reports for management regarding department performance
- Develop new business opportunities to maximize sales revenue
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Director-level role
- Experience working in the Zayed area
- Residency in Sheikh Zayed is preferred
