About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales organization including inside and outside sales teams
- Own and deliver U.S. sales targets, including orders, revenue, and margin
- Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability across the sales force
- Drive disciplined use of Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships within key industrial sectors
- Strengthen channel strategy and expand market presence through manufacturer representatives and partners
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Product Management to align demand planning and portfolio strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8–10 years of senior-level sales leadership experience in a technical environment
- Proven experience working with channel partners and direct sales teams
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel nationally (approximately 40-60%)
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
