Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to the DACH region
- Provide vision and direction to go-to-market teams to achieve demanding revenue targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales, marketing, and operations team
- Set and achieve revenue and market share targets for the region
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to position the company for future growth
- Manage the regional sales budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Drive sales process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Professional fluency in German is required
- Proven ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams
- In-depth understanding of the DACH market and local business environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience within the travel sector is a significant plus
