Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to the DACH region
  • Provide vision and direction to go-to-market teams to achieve demanding revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales, marketing, and operations team
  • Set and achieve revenue and market share targets for the region
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to position the company for future growth
  • Manage the regional sales budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Drive sales process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in German is required
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and scale high-performing sales teams
  • In-depth understanding of the DACH market and local business environments
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience within the travel sector is a significant plus
