Responsibilities
- Build the commercial organization, customer relationships, and operating discipline required to become the leading sequencing partner across Europe.
- Lead and grow the regional commercial organization to drive durable revenue growth.
- Expand strategic customer relationships, particularly within BioPharma accounts.
- Build systems, processes, and accountability required to scale the business successfully.
- Act in a player/coach capacity to drive results and mentor the team.
- Ensure effective forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional coordination with marketing, operations, and laboratory teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and leading commercial teams through meaningful growth and market expansion.
- Experience managing strategic accounts and complex customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to build commercial processes and operating discipline.
- Strong understanding of genomics, sequencing, and the scientific customer base.
- Experience operating within fast-growing, evolving environments.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into commercial opportunity.
