About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the regional OTC pipeline by originating relationships with institutional clients, including FX desks, treasury operations, and digital asset funds across the Americas.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through term sheet negotiation to meet and exceed quarterly booking targets.
  • Serve as the primary interface between external clients and Ripple’s internal OTC desk to translate client needs into executable trades.
  • Provide real-time market color and client feedback to the trading desk to help shape product and pricing offerings.
  • Represent Ripple at industry events, desk visits, and market forums throughout the Americas region.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene to provide visibility into deal flow.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in institutional sales or a trading-adjacent role.
  • Proven experience working with FX brokers or tier-1/tier-2 banks.
  • An existing, well-developed network of active relationships across institutional FX desks and digital asset markets in the Americas.
  • Strong understanding of OTC market mechanics, FX settlement workflows, and digital asset liquidity dynamics.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning and delivering against a revenue quota.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of engaging both C-suite executives and trading desk personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a reputable crypto exchange or institutional digital asset firm in a revenue-generating capacity.
  • Familiarity with blockchain-enabled settlement, stablecoin liquidity, or cross-border payment rails.
