About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Own the sales training programme, ensuring fluency in sales stories and business development processes
  • Manage team performance via Salesforce, tracking KPIs such as call volumes, pipeline growth, and deals won
  • Support the RFP, pitch, and bid process for complex, high-value opportunities
  • Collaborate with Marketing on ABM programmes and lead generation activities
  • Drive the strategic integration of AI across sales operations, including prospecting and pipeline analysis

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding personal sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Experience leading and coaching a sales team within a culture of accountability
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
  • Experience with RFP, pitch, and bid processes for complex propositions
  • Strong ability to present commercial performance to director-level stakeholders
  • Experience in a creative agency, marketing services, or in-house agency environment is an advantage
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into sales workflows and governance
