About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through market research and networking, focusing on Warranty and Technical Aftersales
  • Target traditional OEMs, NEV manufacturers, EV startups, and automotive dealer groups
  • Expand existing client accounts across training, marketing, and digital transformation
  • Design customized service solutions in collaboration with Delivery and Solution teams
  • Track industry trends and gather intelligence on competitor activities and government policies
  • Lead solution presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
  • Deep knowledge of Warranty and Technical Aftersales systems
  • Familiarity with Chinese automotive business models (OEMs, NEVs, EV startups)
  • Proven track record in sales or client management within consulting
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English
  • Ability to travel domestically within China
