About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through market research and networking, focusing on Warranty and Technical Aftersales
- Target traditional OEMs, NEV manufacturers, EV startups, and automotive dealer groups
- Expand existing client accounts across training, marketing, and digital transformation
- Design customized service solutions in collaboration with Delivery and Solution teams
- Track industry trends and gather intelligence on competitor activities and government policies
- Lead solution presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
- Deep knowledge of Warranty and Technical Aftersales systems
- Familiarity with Chinese automotive business models (OEMs, NEVs, EV startups)
- Proven track record in sales or client management within consulting
- Fluency in both Chinese and English
- Ability to travel domestically within China
