About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and new logo growth within the Mid-Market segment
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration
- Develop account plans aligned to customer security priorities
- Build strong relationships with security, IT, and business leaders
- Negotiate mid-market and upper mid-market agreements
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in HubSpot
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience in Mid-Market or Commercial segments
- Proven success selling to Mid-Market customers in California
- Experience with full-cycle, consultative sales in complex technical environments
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity buyer workflows and decision-making processes
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
