Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets across the Mid-Market segment
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demo, and negotiation
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration
- Develop account plans aligned to customer security priorities
- Build strong relationships with security, IT, and business leaders
- Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting in HubSpot
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience in Mid-Market segments
- Proven success in full-cycle, consultative sales motions
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity buyer workflows and decision-making
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills
- Must reside in Toronto
