About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the growth strategy for Microsoft’s Manufacturing & Energy portfolio across Australia
  • Lead a team of Account Executives and Account Technology Strategists to deliver revenue and customer outcomes
  • Build executive relationships with C-suite leaders and position Microsoft as a trusted transformation partner
  • Drive complex, multi-year, multi-solution deals across cloud, AI, partner, and technical teams
  • Own forecasting, pipeline quality, and disciplined execution against revenue targets
  • Translate customer priorities into account plans that accelerate cloud and AI adoption
  • Represent Microsoft across regional and global stakeholders as the industry leader for Manufacturing and Energy

Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise sales leadership experience
  • Direct people management experience
  • Proven track record delivering revenue targets
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong C-suite engagement and executive communication skills
  • Experience selling multi-solution offerings across technical, commercial, and partner teams
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate in complex account environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of Manufacturing and/or Energy industry dynamics
  • Strong technical fluency in cloud and AI solutions
  • Experience building high-performing teams and developing future leaders
  • Experience with co-sell motions and partner ecosystem engagement
