Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning and high performance
  • Partner with your team on complex enterprise opportunities and deal strategy
  • Drive healthy pipeline generation, progression and forecast accuracy
  • Raise the quality of sales execution by improving qualification and CRM hygiene
  • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Pre-Sales
  • Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise B2B SaaS sales teams
  • Proven track record of delivering or exceeding ambitious revenue targets
  • Exceptional sales coaching and people development skills
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with ability to use data and forecasting for decision making
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and executives
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
