Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Lead all sales and business development activities in South Korea, including lead generation, client presentations, and deal closing
• Engage with legal professionals to design workflows and frameworks for legal operations
• Execute bespoke legal consulting projects and optimize contract review playbooks
• Provide strategic market insights to influence product strategy and roadmap for the Korean market
• Partner with global product, marketing, and sales teams to translate customer needs into priorities
• Identify and build strategic partnerships with law firms, channel partners, and regulators

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a business consultant or account executive in enterprise software or legal services in South Korea
• Deep understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by legal professionals
• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean
• Business level English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in legal tech, AI adoption, or technology partnerships
• Experience working with regulators or academia to build legal workflows or data curation
• Post-qualification experience (PQE) as a practicing lawyer in South Korea
