Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the wholesale strategy for the APAC region, specifically China and South Korea
  • Achieve seasonal and annual regional sales targets and drive profitable growth
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with luxury retailers and department stores
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the brand's wholesale footprint
  • Lead seasonal market appointments, product presentations, and order negotiations
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends
  • Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Logistics teams for seamless execution
  • Provide regular business updates, sales forecasts, and market intelligence to leadership
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams for brand activations and wholesale events

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of wholesale sales experience in the luxury fashion industry
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
  • Deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape in China and South Korea
  • Established network of relationships with luxury partners in the APAC region
  • Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing high-value accounts
  • Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and CRM platforms
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout APAC and to New York

  • Proven track record of driving business growth across the APAC region
