Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets
• Track and develop passenger car projects and coordinate internal resources
• Lead business negotiations and support the full project life cycle
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback for product positioning
• Lead project quotations based on raw material costs and pricing strategies
• Participate in new energy industry exhibitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, mechanical, electrical, or economic management
• Over 5 years of experience in vehicle, parts, or battery industry sales
• Proven experience in overseas market development
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Strong negotiation and logical reasoning skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
