Sales Director Europe, MRO

Responsibilities

• Generate component and composite related sales and identify new leads consistent with strategic plans
• Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with airline customers and existing clients
• Introduce new products and services to potential and current customers
• Keep management informed of industry trends, technology developments, and competitor activity
• Provide systematic feedback through bi-weekly sales activity reports and quarterly presentations
• Act as a liaison between potential customers and internal teams from initial contact through contract award
• Assist in the development of new business and strategic business planning processes
• Coordinate and support participation in industry trade shows

Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience in component sales
• Strong technical background with component and composite products
• Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic, international, and weekends if required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Experience with or the ability to learn the Quantum Control ERP system
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business
• Sales experience combined with an engineering background
