We are redefining code-to-cloud security by leveraging AI, combining Attack Surface Management, automated penetration testing, and advanced DAST to help organizations continuously discover, test, and remediate vulnerabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead, recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team including AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers
- Own and exceed revenue targets for North America
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across multiple sales segments
- Develop and execute strategies to increase enterprise adoption and market presence
- Build and iterate the North American sales playbook
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
- Act as a player-coach, managing a personal sales quota while leading the team
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B technology sales with a consistent record of revenue achievement
- 3+ years of sales leadership managing quota-carrying teams
- Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth startups or scale-ups
- Track record of closing enterprise deals (ACV $50K+)
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, or developer-focused platforms
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving technical, security, procurement, and legal evaluations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling application security, DevSecOps, cloud security, or developer tools
- Background in Series A/B or rapidly scaling tech environments
- Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent
- Consistent overachievement (150%+ quota) in prior roles
- Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and sales operations best practices
