Escape empowers enterprises to identify and resolve vulnerabilities at a scale and speed unattainable through manual security testing. We are redefining code-to-cloud security by leveraging AI, combining Attack Surface Management, automated penetration testing, and advanced DAST to help organizations continuously discover, test, and remediate vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team including AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers
  • Own and exceed revenue targets for North America
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across multiple sales segments
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase enterprise adoption and market presence
  • Build and iterate the North American sales playbook
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Act as a player-coach, managing a personal sales quota while leading the team

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B technology sales with a consistent record of revenue achievement
  • 3+ years of sales leadership managing quota-carrying teams
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams in high-growth startups or scale-ups
  • Track record of closing enterprise deals (ACV $50K+)
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, or developer-focused platforms
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving technical, security, procurement, and legal evaluations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling application security, DevSecOps, cloud security, or developer tools
  • Background in Series A/B or rapidly scaling tech environments
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent
  • Consistent overachievement (150%+ quota) in prior roles
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and sales operations best practices
