About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales across Saudi Arabia, targeting Energy, Utilities, and Oil & Gas organizations
- Meet or exceed assigned financial sales targets and quarterly performance goals
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline using CRM tools
- Partner with Sales and marketing to execute targeted sales campaigns
- Conduct outbound prospecting and networking across all stakeholder levels using value-based selling
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of regional market segments and regulatory environments
- Perform ongoing market research to identify new prospects and emerging markets
- Represent the company in the region through industry events and conferences
- Collaborate internally with product, technical, and customer success teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in driving net new enterprise software sales or consulting
- Significant experience in Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas sectors
- Consistent record of achieving targets and goals in a sales setting
- Strong customer-facing experience leading enterprise customers through transformations
- Proven track record of success in driving new business in high-growth regions
- Ability to travel within the region as required
