Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives and sales professionals
• Drive execution of sales strategies that support revenue growth and customer retention
• Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance metrics
• Conduct regular deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and coaching sessions
• Support new business development efforts and assist with strategic customer opportunities
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent
• Reinforce sales processes, methodologies, and operating standards
• Partner with marketing, operations, customer success, and brand leadership
• Ensure consistent CRM adoption and reporting accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience leading sales teams in B2B, events, media, sponsorship, or marketing services
• Demonstrated success achieving team revenue goals
• Strong coaching, leadership, and talent development capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
• Experience managing forecasts, pipelines, and sales processes
• Ability to lead through change and drive organizational alignment
