About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue generation through the direct sales of exhibition stands and sponsorship packages to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the construction cluster portfolio
- Manage, coach, and mentor a direct sales team to ensure high performance and a strong sales culture
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on team activities, sales figures, and financial forecasts
- Oversee sales administration, including floor plans, contracts, and database management
- Manage the sales budget and coordinate with finance regarding invoicing and collections
Requirements
- 8-10 years of B2B sales management and account handling experience within the exhibitions or events industry
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Proven track record in sales and sponsorship delivery
- Expertise in sales budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Ability to travel within the region as required
- Experience selling construction and design products/services is a plus
