About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue generation through the direct sales of exhibition stands and sponsorship packages to achieve and exceed targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the construction cluster portfolio
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a direct sales team to ensure high performance and a strong sales culture
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on team activities, sales figures, and financial forecasts
  • Oversee sales administration, including floor plans, contracts, and database management
  • Manage the sales budget and coordinate with finance regarding invoicing and collections

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of B2B sales management and account handling experience within the exhibitions or events industry
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
  • Proven track record in sales and sponsorship delivery
  • Expertise in sales budgeting and forecasting
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Ability to travel within the region as required
  • Experience selling construction and design products/services is a plus
