Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of digital advertising sales executives and account managers to drive revenue growth
• Manage against revenue quotas, acting as the general manager for an assigned book of business
• Train and develop sales staff through tailored career growth plans and performance goal setting
• Implement sales strategies and programs to attract new accounts and enhance existing customer relationships
• Execute a consultative, client-centric sales approach to deliver clear value propositions
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and final approval
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute go-to-market strategies and advocate for customer needs
• Represent the company at industry events to cultivate business relationships and trust

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
• Proven experience in premium video advertising and the digital advertising landscape
• Strong ability to manage and meet revenue quotas and booking targets
• Demonstrated experience in managing, training, and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong consultative sales approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
