About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets within the MedTech industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals, healthcare providers, and digital health organizations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement teams, and clinical stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align customer requirements with business solutions
  • Drive account expansion strategies and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Mentor and manage sales managers, account executives, and business development teams
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance metrics for leadership review

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development within the MedTech, healthcare technology, or medical devices industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of MedTech solutions such as Medical Devices, Digital Health Platforms, or Healthcare SaaS
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Must be located in the Bay Area

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Existing professional network within healthcare providers, hospitals, or MedTech organizations
  • Experience selling AI-driven healthcare or digital transformation solutions
  • Exposure to global healthcare markets including US, Europe, or APAC
