Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Increase revenues across all BitGo solutions, including secure wallets, regulated custody, and prime services, through new client acquisition
• Lead the end-to-end sales life cycle, from preparing presentations and proposals to coordinating internal onboarding
• Represent BitGo products and services at client meetings and industry events within the EMEA region and globally
• Conduct product demos and deep dives to demonstrate how BitGo's suite meets specific client needs
• Monitor regional market microstructure and the evolving competitor landscape
• Work autonomously to manage client requests and initiatives across trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or account management within digital assets, financial services, or fintech
• Strong grasp of both finance and technical terminology with the ability to translate between the two
• Proven experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Deep enthusiasm for the digital asset industry and curiosity regarding protocols, tokens, DeFi, and NFTs
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and ownership mentality
