Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Increase revenues across all BitGo solutions, including secure wallets, regulated custody, and prime services, through new client acquisition
• Lead the end-to-end sales life cycle, including preparing presentations, proposals, and coordinating internal onboarding
• Represent BitGo products and services at client meetings and industry events within the US and occasionally globally
• Conduct product deep dives and demonstrations to meet specific client needs
• Manage client requests and initiatives autonomously across trading, lending, operations, compliance, and support teams
• Monitor regional market microstructure and the evolving competitor landscape

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in institutional or enterprise sales, business development, or front office roles in financial services, digital assets, or fintech
• Proven track record and existing relationships within the PEF space (pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices)
• Strong grasp of finance and technical terminology with the ability to translate between both
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
• High level of agility and an appetite for learning new technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Critical thinking skills and an ownership mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep enthusiasm for the digital asset industry, including knowledge of protocols, tokens, DeFi, and NFTs
