Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Support prospects throughout the entire sales process using prospect-centered selling
• Build and manage detailed prospect and professional profiles in the community database
• Generate and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Conduct research and visits to competitor facilities to understand the market landscape
• Articulate the "Benchmark Difference" to potential residents and families
• Cultivate and manage reciprocal professional relationships throughout the local marketplace
• Act as an empathetic and diligent active listener to meet the needs of seniors and their families

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted living or senior living sales
