Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Support prospects throughout the entire sales process using prospect-centered selling
• Build and manage detailed prospect and professional profiles in the community database
• Generate and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the community’s competitive market landscape
• Research and visit competitor facilities to stay informed on market trends
• Articulate the "Benchmark Difference" to potential residents and families
• Cultivate and manage reciprocal professional relationships throughout the marketplace
• Utilize empathetic active listening and excellent interpersonal communication skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 3-5 years of proven sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to speak intelligently and professionally about senior living services

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in assisted living or senior living sales
