About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and direct all relational aspects of the Army Customer Business Team’s Aviation goals, including AOP, orders, and margin.
  • Manage primary relationships with US Army AMCOM, CECOM, SOCOM, DLA Aviation, and various US Government Defense Contractors.
  • Communicate regularly with Prime and Government customer leadership to define and influence business requirements.
  • Drive revenue by working strategically with Integrated Supply Chain, Product Lines, and Business Development teams.
  • Translate customer requirements into Honeywell specifications and develop long-term product roadmaps.
  • Support the development and attainment of the Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Identify and implement productivity and process improvements to enhance business performance and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or business management.
  • U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status) due to export control laws.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree.
  • Experience in International and Defense sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience with US Government or US Army acquisition processes.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse groups and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills with senior leadership and customers.
