About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver on revenue quotas as the business owner for one or more Solution Areas within the SMB segment
- Direct long-term growth and investment business planning across stakeholder teams
- Influence corporate resource investment and growth strategies to optimize internal and external resources
- Define long-term strategies, orchestration models, and governance for SMB Sales roles
- Coach SMB Sales roles on customer engagements and partnerships with virtual teams and stakeholders
- Lead reviews of investment budgets for SMB customer and partner programs
- Manage people responsibilities, including driving employee growth, development, and performance management
- Proactively manage relationships with internal sales and marketing leadership teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant Sales or Marketing experience with Information Technology products and/or services
- 4+ years of experience managing others
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant Sales or Marketing experience with IT products and services
- 6+ years of experience managing others
