About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of strategic sales account executives to achieve revenue goals within the strategic segment
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to help sales professionals achieve individual targets
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to support business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams, Channel Partners, and Solution Engineers to streamline sales processes
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage key executive relationships and participate in high-level negotiations
  • Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in Sales
  • 8+ years of field sales leadership experience
  • Proven experience in strategic account management
  • Extensive experience working with large, global, Fortune 500 customers
  • Demonstrated success navigating 7 and 8 figure deals
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders to drive transformational deals
  • Proficiency with CRM, pipeline management, and analytic tools
  • Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, international organization
