About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of strategic sales account executives to achieve revenue goals within the strategic segment
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate and expand market share
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to help sales professionals achieve individual targets
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members to support business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, Channel Partners, and Solution Engineers to streamline sales processes
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Manage key executive relationships and participate in high-level negotiations
- Provide regular performance updates and reports to senior management
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in Sales
- 8+ years of field sales leadership experience
- Proven experience in strategic account management
- Extensive experience working with large, global, Fortune 500 customers
- Demonstrated success navigating 7 and 8 figure deals
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders to drive transformational deals
- Proficiency with CRM, pipeline management, and analytic tools
- Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, international organization
