Sales Development Trainee

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in person to offer free roof inspections
• Help clients navigate insurance claims to get their homes repaired
• Serve as the face of the company from initial contact through project completion
• Manage roofing projects from the first handshake to the final shingle

Requirements

• Competitive, self-motivated personality with a willingness to talk to new people
• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs
