About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the outbound sales function end-to-end including team performance and pipeline contribution
- Set outbound strategy and refine the playbook using AI-assisted tooling
- Coach and develop the team through 1:1s, call reviews, and live deal support
- Partner with AEs and Revenue Operations to ensure high pipeline quality and seamless handoffs
- Use data and AI-powered analytics to drive decisions and track conversion rates
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales associates
Requirements
- 5+ years in outbound sales
- 2+ years managing or leading a BDR or SDR team in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of building pipeline and coaching teams
- Deep familiarity with outbound tooling (Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Experience integrating AI into outbound workflows
- Strong analytical skills and experience in high-growth, VC-backed environments
- Clear and direct communication skills
