About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, prospecting, research, and targeted campaigns
- Route qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Use CRM and sales tools to uncover customer needs and support tailored solutions
- Track and document sales development activities and provide regular updates
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, or lead generation
- Demonstrated success in outbound outreach
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
