About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities via personalized emails, telephone calls, and social media platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Introduce Zoho's solutions to appropriate buyers within targeted geographical markets.
- Research and identify key decision-makers using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
- Perform client-need analysis and track pain points to develop effective reach-out strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to qualify interest and identify potential needs.
- Schedule meetings for potential clients with in-house Sales Representatives.
- Manage the sales funnel and maintain relationships with re-marketed prospects.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Prepare and analyze lead generation pipelines using reports and dashboards to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Development, or Business Development.
- Proven experience working within a SaaS company.
- Proficiency with CRM and prospecting tools (e.g., Zoho, Pipedrive, LinkedIn, or email drip tools like Outreach and Klenty).
- Fluency in both Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
- Direct experience working within the Middle East market.
- Strong analytical skills and a commanding desire to succeed in tech sales.
