Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage potential customers and generate qualified leads
• Research and understand prospect needs to tailor messaging effectively
• Work alongside Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and opportunity progression
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales
• Experience within the technology or cybersecurity sectors is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
