About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage potential customers and generate qualified leads
- Research and understand prospect needs to tailor messaging effectively
- Work alongside Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoff and opportunity progression
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales
- Experience within the technology or cybersecurity sectors is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
