Responsibilities

  • Monitor, route, and respond to inbound inquiries and trial signups across channels
  • Tune and improve the agentic AI workflows that handle inbound
  • Step in directly on high-intent prospects via email and phone to convert them to paid
  • Track conversion and response metrics to identify funnel leaks
  • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success, and AI systems teams
  • Build product expertise through hands-on use and customer interaction

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Ability to respond fast and write clearly
  • Quick learner of software and interest in AI/automation tools
  • Organized and calm under high volume of inbound inquiries
  • Outcome-oriented mindset
