About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting activities to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities
- Identify and research target accounts across enterprise, corporate, and public sector markets
- Execute structured outreach through calls, emails, and digital engagement channels
- Secure meetings and discovery sessions with key decision-makers and influencers
- Assess prospects based on business needs, buying intent, and strategic fit
- Partner closely with Account Managers to transition qualified leads into active opportunities
- Maintain accurate records within Salesforce CRM
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound B2B ICT sales
- Experience prospecting across enterprise or government customer environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to achieve activity targets and contribute to revenue pipeline growth
